At the Columbia Dream Center, we know that changing the trajectory of our city means investing deeply in the next generation. Disadvantaged youth in Columbia often face immense obstacles—from under-resourced neighborhoods to a lack of positive, consistent role models.
The ROOTS Mentorship Program exists to bridge this gap by focusing entirely on building transformational relationships with young people in our community. We believe that for a youth to stand tall and weather life’s storms, they must first develop deep roots of identity, confidence, and purpose.
